Order by 12 NOON on weekdays to guarantee same day despatch(dependant on availability of stock).

This is a surcharge is addition to standard p&p costs to upgrade to Special Next Working Day Delivery. Service is provided by Royal Mail and is usually 100% guaranteed but please note there may be occasions where Royal Mail may fail to deliver in time and then you will be entitled to a refund on the Special Delivery fee paid.

Orders placed after 12noon on friday and weekend orders are guaranteed for delivery on tuesday of the following week.

NB if you live a distance away some orders are transported by air so if you purchase an aerosol lustre spray I cannot guarantee next day service as these have to travel by road.
