Ordering
Making a purchase online is extremely easy.
Browse through the shop and when you see an item you wish to buy simply
add to your shopping basket by clicking on the words "ADD TO BASKET",
changing the quantity as required.
When your shopping is complete proceed to the checkout to pay. You will
be asked to fill in essential information
such as name, address, email address and then asked to select a payment
method. At present we accept most credit and debit cards and also online
payment by Paypal, which you can select at the checkout. Our online payment
is 100% secure.

Shipping
We will ship to all UK addresses and most European
and International countries.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. For UK addresses your
goods will either be sent via second class or standard parcels. European
goods are sent via Airsure up to a maximum of 2kgs and then parcels over
2kgs are sent by Parcelforce which has an approximate delivery time of 3-7
days. For International destinations items are sent via Airsure up to a
maximum of 2kgs and then over 2kgs parcels are sent via Parcelforce, approximate
delivery of 5-14 days.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are calculated by weight and includes all insurance,
packing and handling costs.

Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch your order within 2-4
working days.
However due to circumstances beyond our control, on occasions we may not
be able to complete your order. In which case we will contact you with a
delivery time for the remaining products.

your privacy online. Please read the following policy to understand how
your personal information will be treated as you make full use of Make A
Wish online. This policy may change from time to time so please check back
periodically.
Information contained within our customer database is collected lawfully
and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 by ourselves during
the ordering and registration process.
The primary use of the information is for the processing of orders, however
we may use it to contact you about special and exclusive offers. You will
only be contacted by email, any contact telephone numbers are used as an
aid to the delivery agents and nothing else. Unless we are required to by
law, this information will never be supplied to another company.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Guarantee
We believe you will be pleased with the merchandise
you order from us. Our items are 100% guaranteed. If any product fails to
meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days for exchange or refund
(your choice).
Note: No merchandise may be returned to us without a return authorization.
Email us at returns@makeawishcakeshop.co.uk to receive
a return authorization number (RA#) along with any special return instructions.
Food items are not returnable, due to food safety concerns.
Returns Policy
If found not to be suitable goods may be returned
for a full refund within 7 days of receipt and only if in their original
packaging and in unused condition and in this case only the cost of the
product will be refunded any postage costs and additional postage costs
will not be refunded.
UK only-Damaged or lost items will either be replaced on refunded only on
completion of a satisfactory compensation claim with Royal Mail. An item
is not deemed as lost until 14 days after posting.
European and International Postings-All items must be sent by Airsure post
to ensure insurance is included with your parcel. This guarantees priority
handling both in the UK and your country, electronic tracking and insurance
of up to £500.00. An item is not deemed as lost until 30 days after
posting to European and International destinations.
We advise you to get proof of posting for any returns as we cannot accept
responsibility for safe return of any goods.
